Happening within the Region
Face to face meetings are held twice a year in different parts of the region so all P & Cs get the opportunity to attend one within reasonable driving distance. We acknowledge the support of Charleville School of District Education by providing teleconference facilities for us, and also our CPO who runs workshops in clusters or individual schools so that P & Cs are up skilled and more confident in the role they play.

All schools are contacted prior to each meeting to pass on the phone and pin number, which gives us access to the Charleville Distance Education teleconferencing facilities. Face to face conferences are held in different areas twice a year to enable all P&Cs access.
South West Regional Profile
Region covers Brigalow in the east to the western border, Injune & Taroom in the north to the southern border.
57 schools in the region are in three education districs - Darling Downs, Warwick & Roma. There are 5 high schools, P - 10 and P - 7 schools,with a majority of Band 5 schools. PCAP has a profound financial infulence within our region, with schools and community clubs to apply for funding through them for various projects. Using the PCAP buses also allow costs for various camps / excursions to be kept to a minimum.
