We have received notice today from the Department of Education and Training that the P&C as an employer has been preserved within the State Award. This means that anyone employed by a P&C will not be subject to the current Award modernisation (A proposed shift towards the Federal system).
QCPCA and ACSEA have been working jointly towards this outcome and are pleased to announce this win for our members. More information will follow.
