Who is QCPCA?

The Queensland Council of Parents and Citizens' Associations Inc is a community organisation which represents the interests of state school Parents and Citizens Associations throughout Queensland. It has a history of more than 50 years. Approximately 1300 P&C Associations are affiliated.

State Conference 2008

                                                                        QCPCA 59th AGM & STATE CONFERENCE 2008
                  12th - 14th September 2008 - The Pavilion Conference & Reception - Adrian McClintrock Park, Gympie, Queensland.

The Conference will include:

Keynote Speaker – Mr John Joseph (www.focuseducation.com.au)

John Joseph will present the Four Worlds Model, a framework that examines key ways of educating and inspiring young people. Using stunning graphics and fascinating anecdotes, you'll travel through the Four Worlds, developing ways to assess the inner strengths and talents of each individual.

1.)  Civic Reception – to be hosted by the Gympie Regional Council

2.)  Conference Dinner Gympie Civic Centre

3.)  Business and Annual General Meeting

4.)  Workshops
       -  Unpacking the PR Campaign " Just Doing It For Our Kids"
       -  Productive Relationships and Effective Communication

5.)  Regional Executive Information Session, Regional Networking and Information sharing.
