The final Raising the bar workshops will be taking place this month in the following locations:

Tuesday 16 August
Emerald SHS
Mount Isa- Spinifex State College Senior Campus

The Raising the Bar forums are a chance for principals, teachers and P&C executive members to put forward their views, opinions and expertise, what they think is working well in Queensland state schools, what the gaps are and ideas for new initiatives or pilot programs.

Invitations will be sent to principals from each of the schools within the immediate local area.  Principals have been asked to send this invitation to their P&Cs.  Workshops will include introductory welcomes, followed by round table discussions. Participants will sit in groups of approximately 8 to 10. At each table a facilitator from the regional office will guide the group through a series of questions, summarising key themes and ideas along the way.
